Your role

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll join the Property Management team, working closely with Leasing, On-site, and Marketing teams to drive successful launches of our new aparthotels.

Your mission

Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding sales experience, and maximize occupancy through strong sales and customer service.

What you’ll do

Be the main point of contact for prospective guests

Manage applications, screenings, and lease agreements

Conduct property tours and highlight key features

Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies

Support marketing campaigns, events, and open houses

Track leasing activity, occupancy, and market trends

Ensure high customer satisfaction at every touchpoint

What we’re looking for

1+ year experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or real estate

Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English

Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus

Degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate (nice to have but not essential)
