About the role
We are looking for aSenior Business Analystto join the Resource Capacity Management Capability team and play a key role in maintaining, enhancing and continuously improving Allianz Technology’s global resource and time tracking management functionality.You will actively shape and evolve theresource and time tracking procedure, ensuring that Allianz Technology footprint can do best fit sourcing and accounting off efforts when delivering IT projects to customers.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical and workflow design skills with hands-on experience in commercial, operational and IT-supported environments. And who is motivated to turn standardization and transformation into measurable impact for user. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization from different functions and geographies.
Key responsibilities
Support E2EBusiness Process Ownership including architecture and design, performance, compliance, risk, HR legal, regulatory, commercial and governance aspects. Focus on improving usability and efficiency by increasing simplification, automation, steering and reporting quality using AI.Performing the role as active ownership of master, referenced and transaction data adhering to corresponding policies is a duty.
Act asFunctional Product Owner towards core IT process platforms ServiceNow ITBM/SPM software suite and Jira/Tempo.Support the integration with main technical interfaces to Success Factors, IAM, SAP CPI to CO/FI/MM, SAP-BW, Power-BI and eazyBI.Deliver 3rd level expert support for IT operations team upon processing of Change Problem Incident processing.Drive the product backlog implementation of requirement, development, testing, deployment and onboarding cycles.
AsSubject Matter Expert to perform stakeholder alignment and subject matter expertise with management as well as project- / service delivery functions across AZ Technology footprint. Contribute to business value realization measures and cost reduction initiatives with central cross support functions in COO, CPO and CFO area.
Perform asChange Management Expert by developing knowledge bases as handbooks, user guidelines, digital training material, performing corresponding trainings to a broad user base and exploring feedback for a continuous improvements cycle is a passion.
Key requirements: Experience, Skills and Competencies
5+ years’ experience in business procedure management in resource and capacity management.
End-to-end and cross-functional procedural understanding, ideally in an IT-driven or IT-supported environment.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with pragmatism and implementation focus.
Solid understanding of workflow modeling standards and governance principles.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills in an international environment.
Affinity for metrics, KPIs, process maturity models, and performance management.
Ability to structure complexity and translate it into clear, usable procedural solutions.
Experience as project portfolio, lead PMO / service / business application manager
Certifications in project management methodologies waterfall (PMP), agile or hybrid or similar are a plus.
Experienced user of MS Teams Excel, Power BI, JIRA and AI tools.
Fluent English; German or Spanish or French is a plus.
