About the Role
We are looking for a person to perform the role GPO DTS Planning based in Alcobendas (Madrid).
Architectural link between business strategy and system execution. Primary focus will be the integration of advanced planning (IBP & PPDS) with core manufacturing execution (MRP, QM, PM, MES) to ensure operational excellence using Sika global tools.
Process Design & Global Template Governance
Design E2E Solutions: Define and document global standard processes for the "Plan-to-Produce" cycle, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP IBP & PPDS (Planning) and S/4HANA & MES (Execution).
Template Protection: Act as a gatekeeper for Global Templates. Evaluate change requests and ensure that any local requirements do not compromise global standardization.
Master Data Integrity: Define global standards for production master data (BOMs, Routings, Resources) to ensure consistency across all reporting layers.
Planning & Manufacturing Excellence
Advanced Planning: Lead the functional design for IBP (Demand, S&OP) and PPDS, optimizing how the system handles constraints and scheduling.
Shop Floor Integration: Oversee the integration of non-SAP tools and MES with our SAP template.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with other streams (OTC, STP, MD) to integrate their processes into the broader production schedule.
Transformation & Change Management
Digitalization: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and migrate legacy "off-system" processes into the Sika ecosystem.
Training & Capability: Create global training materials (using tools like Datango) and empower Regional Business Teams and Key Users.
KPI Management: Establish and monitor Global Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) to track speed, cost, and quality.
Your Skills and Experience
SAP Planning Expert: Deep expertise in SAP IBP (S&OP, Demand, Response & Supply) and PPDS (Detailed Scheduling).
Broad Manufacturing Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Production Bridge (MRP, PP, QM, PM).
Applications Integration: Knowledge of how SAP interacts with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and non-SAP legacy tools via APIs or middleware.
Documentation: Experience with process mapping tools and documentation platforms (e.g., Signavio (Adonis), Datango, or Visio).
Process & Governance Skills
Template Governance: Experience in "Global Template" environments knowing when to say "No" to local customizations to protect the global templates.
Data Orchestration: Ability to define Global Master Data standards (BOMs, Routings, Resources, Production Versions, etc) that work across different regions.
The "Translator" Ability: Capable of explaining complex technical configurations to business stakeholders in terms of "value" and Return Of Investment
Global Mindset: Comfortable working in a matrix organization across different time zones and cultures.
Conflict Resolution: Strong negotiation skills to manage regional deviations and drive global adherence.
End-to-End Vision: Understand how a change in Supply Planning (IBP) logic affects to the production Shopfloor
Digital Transformation: Must have experience replacing manual Excel/non-SAP tools with automated applications workflows
