P&O (HR) Business Partner Support

Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week

€45,000 per annum

Location: Santry, Dublin or Leixlip (will involve travel to other sites across Dublin/Ireland)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven P&O (HR) Business Partner Support to join our team, reporting into one of our HR Managers. In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide variety of HR functions - from employee relations to compliance, policy improvement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You’ll be providing exceptional service to your stakeholders while continuing to develop yourself professionally. What will you be doing?

Be the first point of contact for managers on day‑to‑day employee relations and performance management queries

Prepare essential HR administration including disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, severance letters, and TUPE documentation

Support the HR Team and HR Managers with initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience

Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures

Deliver training and development support for people managers across HR topics, including Inductions, Disciplinaries, Investigations, and more

Provide assistance to HR Managers on ad‑hoc priorities

About You

Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role

Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities

Customer‑focused approach with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle a varied workload

Proficiency with the MS Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
