Role Purpose

Financial Accountant to support the day‑to‑day finance operations, reporting and control environment of Anvil Bidco BV, a key entity within the Leviat business.

The role will support the Finance Manager with financial accounting and month-end close, AP/AR processing and vendor management, payroll accounting co-ordination and Treasury and intercompany accounting support.

Education/Experience:

A degree level in accounting, business, economics or finance

2-4 years’ experience

Month-end close and reporting (will be an advantage)

Previous experience working in AR / AP function (will be an advantage)

Experience in SAP (S/4HANA) or similar ERP preferred

Advanced Excel skills

Key responsibilities:

All tasks related to the accounts payables / receivables:

Assistance with supplier/customer set-ups

Issuing and processing invoices

AR/AP monthly reporting

Intercompany reconciliation

Responsibility over payment runs (including foreign currency payments) and bank reconciliations

Processing of journals relating to intercompany, accruals and treasury transactions and payroll

Liaison between HR for payroll accounting purposes.

Providing support to the Finance Manager for internal and external reporting needs.

Acting as a key contact person for Anvil Bidco related finance queries

Other duties / projects as required
