Accountant - Part-time

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process for all entities:

Review and enter aggregator/gateway pay-out/revenue reports in Xero

Reconcile payments from aggregators/gateways

Issue and send sales invoices and enter them in Xero

Prepare cash receipt forecasts

Ensure timely receipt of receivables

Complete month-end close procedures within deadlines:

Prepare and post revenue accruals

Prepare, post, and reconcile expense accruals and prepayments

Prepare Consolidated Financial statements for group

Prepare divisional Report

Maintain and ensure compliance with finance and administration policies

Prepare and Submit VAT Quarterly VAT returns

Perform ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required, especially during audits and other reporting periods

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in a similar position

(Working towards) a postgraduate qualification (ACCA, CIMA part-qualified, CPA, etc.) is a plus

Fluent in English

International exposure and adaptability

Available for either 24 hours a week
