Based in Hawthorn Ontime Healthcare is a leading supplier of staffing solutions to individual care recipients in their homes as well as hospitals and nursing homes in Melbourne and Regional Victoria. We are registered to provide services to NDIS participants, Homecare Package recipients, CHSP, and private clients and also have strong relationships with all major public hospitals and aged care facilities. Due to continued growth we are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the General Manager you will play an integral part of the recruitment process and onboarding for all candidates, while also building strong relationships with the business.

Your new opportunity

As the recruitment coordinator you will support Ontime Healthcare to attract and maintain high quality Nurses and Support Workers to customers. As part of your day to day you will be:

Drafting job adverts and job descriptions for all roles

Coordinating all onboarding process and ensuring compliance is met by all new starters

Conducting reference checks, organizing interviews and conducting interviews

General administration related to all recruitment activities

Attendance at university events and recruitment drives on occasion

Your experience:

The successful candidate will love all things admin and will (ideally) have had some exposure in a HR or recruitment position previously, plus:

Exceptional organisational skills with a strong drive for processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

An energetic and self-motivated attitude

Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders

Attention to detail, with the ability to be adaptable and prioritise tasks
