About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Bondi Boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the boutique’s operations
Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting
Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a role within a similar retail business
Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Understanding of KPI’s and the ability to analyse and report figures
Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
