We are a growing, patient-focused organisation committed to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes across our national network of clinics. As we continue to, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our National Support Office team on a fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and proactive project professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and coordination to operational and systems-based projects within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The Role
As the Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of key operational and transformation projects across the business, with a strong focus on post-implementation activities for CareStack.
Working closely with clinical, operational, and support office teams, you will help ensure projects are effectively embedded into day-to-day operations, with strong focus on readiness, communication, and smooth transition across our clinics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully adopted by teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Supporting post-implementation CareStack initiatives and system optimisation activities
Assisting with operational readiness planning and execution across clinic rollouts
Maintaining project documentation, action logs, and reporting dashboards
Supporting communication between clinical, operational, and support office teams
Coordinating timelines, resources, and rollout activities
Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating where required
Supporting change management activities to drive adoption of new systems and processes
Preparing project updates and reporting for leadership teams
Supporting smooth transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations
About You
You are highly organised, calm and confident working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with people, building relationships, and ensuring structure and follow-through across projects.
You will bring:
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Implementation Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator role
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience supporting system implementation, operational, or transformation projects
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience within dental or multi-site environments is highly regarded
Exposure to CareStack or similar practice management systems is advantageous but not essential
