Based in our stylish Robina Office on the Gold Coast, as Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all Studio M brand collateral, including brochures, signage, point of sale, and campaign materials. You’ll also manage the design and delivery of all signage and ticketing for the Studio M retail space, with a focus on process optimisation and high-quality execution.
A key component of this role involves maintaining major customer-facing documents which require an exceptionally sharp eye for detail, clear layout structure, and the ability to communicate large amounts of product information in a logical and accessible format. You’ll collaborate closely with the Studio M Retail Team, Senior Creative, and National Display Home and Studio M Retail Manager to ensure all assets support both brand expression and practical delivery.
Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining all visual collateral for Studio M, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and delivering premium customer facing communications
Designing and overseeing all signage and ticketing assets for the Studio M retail space, while continuously improving associated processes
Maintaining multiple detailed technical documents supporting customer facing brands
Supporting the opening of new Display Homes in Queensland, producing all signage and launch materials required for a successful customer experience;
Collaborating closely with the Studio M team, Display National Manager, and marketing peers to deliver outcomes that are both creative and practical.

The successful candidate will have:
Formal qualifications in Graphic Design, with 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced creative or in-house marketing environment
Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Premier Pro, plus strong skills in MS365 tools including SharePoint
Proven ability to manage complex documents and large volumes of product-based content in a clear and customer-friendly format
Confidence in creating across print, press, digital, POS, signage, and large-format media
Strong conceptual thinking, layout skills, and attention to detail; and
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
