Your responsibilities
Assist the merchandising team in the daily responsibilities of running the business
Support the merchandising team in assortment planning, line building, and product overviews
Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data, KPIs, and market performance insights
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research (online and in-store) to support assortment decisions
Help prepare seasonal product briefs, range presentations, and merchandising tools
Support the creation and maintenance of line plans and pricing structures
Update and maintain product data in systems (e.g., PLM, Excel trackers, merchandising tools)
Gather samples for meetings, maintain the sample room and support of any collection / presentation setup
Participate in sign-offs or meetings, take notes, and support follow-up actions
Shadow merchandisers to understand how product strategy translates into commercial success
What you bring
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Fashion Management, Merchandising, or a related field
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., data handling, simple analysis); familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus
Strong interest in merchandising and understanding of retail, product lifecycle, and consumer trends
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good numerical and data interpretation skills
Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
