Als Business Performance Analyst bei BESTSECRET bist du verantwortlich für die datengetriebene Analyse und Überwachung von Finanzprozessen. Du identifizierst Ineffizienzen und Optimierungspotenziale entlang der End-to-End-Prozesse und entwickelst aussagekräftige Dashboards sowie Monitoring-Lösungen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, IT und den Fachbereichen treibst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Transparenz und Automatisierung der Prozesse voran

Deine Aufgaben:

Durchführung von Process-Mining-Analysen zur Transparenz und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen (z. B. P2P, O2C, R2R)

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Prozess-Monitoring und KPI-Dashboards

Identifikation von Ineffizienzen, Engpässen und Compliance-Abweichungen

Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung und Automatisierung

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, IT und Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung von Optimierungen

Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Nutzung von Process-Mining-Tools (z. B. Celonis)

Erstellung von Analysen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management

Deine Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics oder vergleichbar

Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Process Mining, Controlling oder Finance

Gute Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und Visualisierung (z. B. Power BI)

Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP)

Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis

Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und KPI-Frameworks

Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke, ; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus

As a Business Performance Analyst at BESTSECRET, you are responsible for data-driven analysis and monitoring of financial processes. You identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes and develop meaningful dashboards as well as monitoring solutions. Deriving actionable recommendations for process improvement and automation

Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement improvements

Supporting the implementation and usage of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis)

Creating analyses, reports, and decision-support materials for management

Your Qualifications:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field

Initial to several years of experience in process mining, controlling, or finance

Strong skills in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI)

Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP)

Strong analytical thinking and solid understanding of business processes

Experience working with large datasets and KPI frameworks

Structured and independent working style, strong communication skills; German language skills are a plus
