GTM Working Student Originals & Basketball (m/f/d) temp until 31st October 2026

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

Assisting Go-To-Market Managers Originals & Basketball in managing the business success of the categories in Central Europe by supporting the development and implementation of a robust category plan, withing the strategic framework set by Europe BU & following the Strategy execution plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

GTM:

Support for GTM managers in their daily tasks (Originals 80%, Basketball 20%).

Support for a local category marketing plan (GTM plan) in line with strategic objectives for different product divisions.

Collaboration & Process:

Act as a support / contact person for Sales Managers as well as cross-functional marketing teams for GTM related questions.

Support the GTM team in developing the category plan and support handover to Sales.

Support the efficient execution of sample order process.

Commercial & Analytics:

Learn to build up a full marketplace attitude (all countries & channels: DTC, wholesale)

Support the successful sell-in process.

Work with available market data to help the team build dedicated product division plans.

Perform marketplace analysis, benchmark, trend-forecast.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Consumer focus with product knowledge

Good presentation skills

Analytical skills

High interest in fashion, culture & sport

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

University student in the field of Business / Marketing

Experience / previous internships in Sales / Marketing / Product management would be a plus

Fluency in English spoken & written mandatory

IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Openness to work with hybrid teams (remote work)
