Your new role
As the Head of Operations, you will take full ownership of the company's day-to-day logistics and operational performance, ensuring the seamless execution of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across the network. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple sites and regions
Driving operational excellence, ensuring KPIs related to cost, service, and productivity are consistently achieved
Managing large, cross-functional teams and building a high-performance operational culture
Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Collaborating with internal stakeholders including commercial, network, and finance teams to support business growth
Driving digitalisation and automation initiatives within operations
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations, with significant leadership exposure
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of transport, warehousing, and fulfilment operations
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and develop large teams across multiple locations
Experience in driving operational transformation, process improvement, and cost optimisation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is advantageous)
