Location: Remote (Portugal)

Rate €3300 - 3600 RV

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs

Lead development across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations

Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines

Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmaps

Support deployments, testing, and release management processes

Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development

Hands-on experience with:

Education Cloud

Marketing Cloud

Service Cloud

Data Cloud

Experience Cloud

Agentforce

Analytics / Tableau

Strong expertise in:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Flow

SOQL

Integration patterns

Solid understanding of:

Security & sharing models

Deployment strategies

Release management

Required Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise or multi-org environments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
