About the role
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will work closely with Siemens Energy’s regional go-to-market teams, cybersecurity experts, and customer-facing stakeholders across Latin America.
Your day will involve supporting sales initiatives, developing cybersecurity solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to design and deliver OT cybersecurity offerings tailored to customer needs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Support go-to-market teams in executing cybersecurity sales campaigns targeting enterprise and aftermarket accounts across LATAM
Collaborate on multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
Design and develop OT cybersecurity solutions tailored to specific customer requirements and project scopes
Work within cross-functional teams (cybersecurity, sales, and customer-facing teams) to deliver integrated offerings
Enable cybersecurity operations teams to meet safety, quality, compliance, and delivery commitments
Contribute to the development of the regional OT cybersecurity business plan and go-to-market strategy
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally within industrial or OT environments
Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity controls and solutions (e.g., network security, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability and risk management)
Advanced level of English
Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills. Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC CIP, and critical infrastructure regulations is a plus

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional regional team composed of cybersecurity specialists, sales professionals, and technical experts collaborating to Siemens Energy’s OT cybersecurity footprint across Latin America.
