Building Supervisor / Site Supervisor (Civil Works)

Purpose of Role: To supervise day-to-day construction activities at work fronts and

ensure that work is executed as per drawings, levels, line, quality requirements, and

instructions of the Construction Manager / Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise daily civil works such as excavation, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring,

waterproofing, finishing, and external works.

 Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

 Check line, level, dimensions, shuttering readiness, reinforcement readiness, and work

quality before execution.

 Monitor contractor labour productivity and daily work output.

 Report delays, material shortages, and workmanship issues.

 Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, store, and engineering team.

 Maintain daily progress record and site instruction register.

Qualification

 Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred / experienced site supervisor

Pay: ₹11,555.30 - ₹22,524.72 per month
