Job Summary

Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) / Customer Service Officer (CSO). The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling customer queries, coordinating loan applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through referrals, telecalling, and customer interactions.

Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Assist customers with loan application processes and documentation.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of applications.

Coordinate with banks, sales teams, and internal departments for loan processing.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Achieve monthly business targets and maintain service quality.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in banking, NBFC, finance, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (English & Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage).

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
