Graphic Designer (Illustrator and Photoshop)

Key Responsibilities

Design high-conversion performance marketing creatives like static ads, carousels, and story formats optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. Create compelling social media content that drives engagement, supports product launches, and reflects Mesmerize's unique blend of modern style and cultural spirit. Design website and e-commerce visuals including product page banners, collection graphics, promotional landing pages. Create product mockups and lifestyle visual compositions to showcase jewellery, accessories, and gifting sets for digital catalogs and ads. Edit and retouch product photography for e-commerce listings, ensuring clean, consistent, and aspirational presentation across all platforms. Design seasonal campaign visuals for festive collections, collaborations (e.g., sports merchandise) and limited-edition drops. Develop original vector illustrations, pattern graphics, and decorative elements that elevate the brand's visual language. Maintain strict consistency across all creative assets in alignment with Mesmerize's brand guidelines - typography, color palette, tone, and aesthetic. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to turn briefs into high-impact creative solutions on time. Stay current on jewellery industry trends, social media design formats, and digital advertising best practices.

Qualifications & Skills: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand Strong portfolio demonstrating work in packaging, branding, static ads, and digital design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) Excellent skills with the Pen Tool and vector design workflows Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand aesthetics Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines Good communication and team collaboration skills Must be available to work full-time from our Goregaon East, Mumbai office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
