Your role

We are looking for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for leading and optimizing engineering activities within the assigned area. The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational efficiency, maintain high process quality, and guarantee compliance with safety standards, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall performance and profitability.

Main responsibilities:

Drive and motivate LEAN work teams to resolve incidents (e.g., GRP, GAP)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration within Operations

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards in process control

Implement and maintain internal policies to guarantee regulatory and ethical compliance in engineering processes

Support engineering projects and root cause analysis using machine and system data/logs

Ensure all activities are carried out in line with the company’s IT security standards

Main requirements:

5–6 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Strong experience in continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge of Six Sigma (considered a plus)

English level B2 or higher

Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills

Previous team leadership or managerial experience

Experience working in cross-functional or international environments

Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools
