We are seeking an optimistic and enthusiastic Senior Procurement Manager to lead our tender negotiations across the Procurement IT & Services team while bringing our 'Cost Focused' DNA to life across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
What you'll do
Negotiation Excellence: Lead high-value tender negotiations, relentlessly driving Value for Money (VFM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across all tender events.
Business Partner Management: Manage a vast portfolio of local Irish and international business partners. You will be the face of Lidl in high-stakes negotiations.
Value Creation: Establish contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive added value and ensure business partner performance.
Organisational Influence: Actively broaden the Procurement team's remit, positioning the Department as a strategic partner that adds value to every area of the business, from Marketing to IT services.
Group Networking: Act as the primary liaison with the SBES ( Schwarz Beschaffung ) Procurement and IT team, ensuring Lidl Ireland is deeply integrated into international procurement networks to leverage group best practices and economies of scale. You will ensure compliance with INT tender guidelines and adherence to INT KPIs.
Contract Governance: Implementation of Procurement best practices across the business and ensuring all tendering activities strictly adhere to LOS-defined procedural standards.
Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Procurement Managers fostering a high performance and cost focused culture.
What you'll need
