The opportunity

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll help bring iconic brands like Absolut, Malibu, and Altos to life by supporting brand-building activities across Australia & New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Light Spirits, Champagne & Founder Brands team, with the chance to be involved in exciting activations including the Australian Open, ASB Classic, and Mardi Gras.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to be challenged, supported and developed in a fun, fast-paced team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Support the Light Spirits, Champagne & Founder Brands team in the development and implementation of brand plans and activations

Brief and coordinate with partner agencies on specific projects and marketing initiatives.

Become an expert on the market, our consumers, customers & competitors across a range of resources and data touch points.

Manage specified project marketing spend budgets, profitability, and monthly reconciliations of spend.

Collaborate across the business, managing stakeholders to achieve key business objectives.

Act as brand ambassador for the portfolio, representing and promoting the brands across marketing activity, events and activations.

What you will bring to the role

A tertiary qualification in marketing or a business-related discipline

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Digital and social media management an advantage

Self-motivated, well organised - can handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management skills

Interest in culture (e.g., music and sports)

Must have full unrestricted working rights
