What are your contributions to the team?

Supervise and inspire a team of 2 analysts to deliver high-value financial insights

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes

Play a key role in the preparation and review of financial activities (analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and quarterly reporting)

Actively contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting

Serve as a trusted business partner by providing actionable insights and financial guidance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, auditors, shared services) across a global environment

Contribute to key projects and support their successful implementation

Respond effectively to ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment

How to thrive in this role?

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

You possess a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA)

You demonstrate strong proficiency in the MS Office suite

You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a similar role

You possess solid knowledge of accounting standards

You have knowledge of S/4HANA is considered an asset

You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

You show innovation, commitment, and perseverance

You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

You are bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
