Backend Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape our platform architecture, raise the bar on quality, and mentor the team as we scale. Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work on multiple projects in all phases of functional and integration testing.

Review and evaluate designs for compliance with standards, providing feedback to improve quality.

Offer expertise in software architecture and contribute to cross-organizational projects.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions.

Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software development and testing.

Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages.

Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice concepts.

Proven experience in designing robust test plans and complex test cases.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills in English.

Knowledge and Skills:

Extensive experience with multiple programming languages.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of software architecture for products and solutions.

Experience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platforms.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including writing and executing test plans, debugging, and scripting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior management.
