What are your contributions to the team?

Maintain and validate a weekly, monthly and quarterly flight crew capacity planner.

Coordinate with Production and Customer Facing Team on aircraft readiness.

Participate in the daily company scheduling meetings.

Build and maintain a digital Flight Operations’ scheduling dashboard.

Assist management in its Flight Operations’ modernization initiatives.

Provide support to annual Flight Operation’s documentation review.

Adhere to Bombardier work policies/practices and complete training as required.

How to thrive in this role?

You have a minimum experience of 2 years of aviation scheduling/project planning experience.

You are available to work after regular hours, including weekends and holidays in support of our operations, when required.

You have the ability and experience to prepare planning schedules using common computer programs (ex. MS Word, PowerPoint) or other scheduling software.

You have the right to work and live in Canada.

You have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

You have ability to work with a team.

You have working knowledge of flight crew duty restrictions.

You possess sound judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with flight crews and corporate management.

You have the ability to grow more autonomous with the hierarchical structure of flight operations.

You have post-secondary education and a second language are assets.
