What are your contributions to the team?
Supporting change management activities related to the implementation of SAP S4/HANA and guiding planning teams through the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
Coordinating the deployment of the 2030 Vision for Planning departments across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment of initiatives, operational needs, and strategic priorities
Developing, maintaining, and executing the IT roadmap required to support the Factory of the Future, in collaboration with technology teams and operational stakeholders
Leading and structuring a knowledge‑consolidation process, including documentation, standardization, and the sharing of best practices across sites
Coordinating cross functional transformation initiatives (processes, tools, governance) to ensure alignment between SAP related projects, the 2030 Vision, and the evolution and standardization of planning practices
Developing strategic recommendations to optimize planning processes, tools, and practices within a global transformation context
Documenting, simplifying, and clearly communicating strategies, solutions, and changes to plant stakeholders and corporate teams
Facilitating and coordinating project reviews and leadership meetings
How to thrive in this role?
You have at least 5 years of program management experience
You have at least 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other complex product environments, ideally at Bombardier
You have previous experience participating in an MRP system implementation
You possess strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
You have excellent synthesis skills and are comfortable presenting to senior leadership
You are dynamic, personable, and a strong team player
You are an expert in Microsoft Excel, highly proficient in PowerPoint, and have solid general IT knowledge
