What are your contributions to the team?

Aircraft Delivery Analyst, Customer Facing team

Provide risk analysis related to aircraft deliveries and assess their impact on the company at the executive level.

Gather information from various departments such as Production, Engineering, Methods, Program, Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Interact and communicate frequently with senior leadership.

Develop and coordinate strategies and schedules related to aircraft deliveries.

Compile, analyze, and maintain aircraft delivery costs.

Present risks, financial concessions, and regular updates to management.

Propose risk mitigation plans.

Escalate issues to the appropriate management level when necessary.

Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners.

How to thrive in this role?

You hold a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent

You have experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (an asset).

You have at least eight (8) years of relevant experience.

You demonstrate initiative, are results oriented, and have the desire to make decisions.

You possess expert project management skills (leadership), as well as strong abilities in analysis, planning, and problem solving.

You are a role model in delivering high quality outputs within required deadlines and hold your stakeholders accountable as well.

You have in depth knowledge of several disciplines, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Methods, and Customer Support.

You have experience supporting complex organizational changes and show the ability to solve complex problems with minimal management support.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, and you can influence at various levels of the organization.

You are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while still delivering high quality results.

You are advanced in the use of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI).
