What are your contributions to the team?
Define and maintain the Connected Aircraft digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
Act as the primary point of accountability for product direction and decision-making
Engage with customers and end-users to understand needs, pain points, and expectations
Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and features
Validate product concepts and features through continuous feedback and interaction with stakeholders
Define and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap and value delivery
Work closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements and ensure clarity for development teams
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-centered design principles are reflected in product features
Work closely with software development teams to ensure product vision is effectively translated into deliverables
Represent the product in all stages of development, including planning, refinement, and review activities
Support the team in making informed product decisions during development and delivery
Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to guide improvements
Identify opportunities to enhance functionality, usability, and customer value
Contribute to defining and tracking product success metrics

How to thrive in this role?
University degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related role
Experience working with multidisciplinary software development teams
Ability to understand and operate within an aviation environment, including aircraft operations, maintenance workflows, and system constraints, with a strong interest in aerospace technologies
Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to make product decisions in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Assets
Experience in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft maintenance environments
Familiarity with IoT, real-time data systems, or data-driven digital products
