Job purpose
Drive the Reefer Growth by supporting the Global Reefer Product Heads and RDM on performance and pipeline management, marketing activities, fairs and general market activation to increase market share, improve win rates
This role focuses on engaging with key stakeholders in the regions to executing growth strategies and to collaborate across functions to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that align with customer business goals, ultimately driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability.
Principal accountabilities
Market Activation: In close collaboration with the Global Perishable Sector Heads Reefer RDM and Regional Reefer Teams ensure marketing material supporting the commercialization of the reefer value propositions are developed, communicated to the front-line sales organization and placed in a central and easily accessible product repository.
Branding Activities: In close collaboration with Global Perishable Sector Head, Marketing and relevant stakeholders ensure we develop and execute a strong branding strategy including but not limited to reefer homepage and SoMe activities.
Attend Trade Fairs and Conferences: In cooperation with the Global Perishable Sector Head and regional Reefer Managers plan attendance in the relevant Reefer fairs and conferences to ensure capturing of sales leads, build relationships, and provide subject matter expertise. Utilize these opportunities to enhance brand visibility, gather market intelligence and build global Reefer Perishable Team.
Product Management: Partner closely with the Perishable Sector Head to design and implement global perishables value propositions. Ensure regions build these value propositions in line with defined standards and provide support where needed. In close collaboration with the regions and the commercial organization, shape end-to-end value propositions based on customer needs and pain points.
Monthly Performance Calls: Structure and lead monthly performance calls with the Regional Reefer Teams in close coordination with the Reefer Sector Heads and Finance. Use these calls to review actual performance, assess open opportunities requiring additional focus or support, and evaluate sales pipeline performance against results to ensure delivery of financial targets.
Develop Customer Growth Plans: Ensure we for relevant key customers are having clear reefer growth plans that focus on raising barriers to exit, ensuring customer retention, and increasing share of wallet. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
Sector Focus: Stay abreast of key trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity in the perishables sector to support strategic decision-making and product development. Analyse and share insights with regional reefer teams and the Perishable Sector Head to ensure they are reflected in value propositions and growth strategies. Drive the global development of capabilities, including the adoption of the latest IT solutions, to strengthen regional value propositions.
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record in product development and commercial strategy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with persuasive abilities.
In-depth knowledge of cold chain logistics
Ability to drive customer engagement and relationship management.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numerical and analytical skill
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Cold Chain logistics for Perishables
Proven experience in product management, business development, and customer relationship management is essential.
Location
Preference for Bonn but flexible in Europe
