At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Campus Coordinator who brings strong capability in Early careers & Campus recruitment hiring and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
As a Coordinator for Early Careers and Campus, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of a client Campus Coordination Team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.
Key Accountabilities
Managing various coordination activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner
Managing various ad-hoc coordination activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times
Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner
Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required
Skills & Requirements
Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
Excel Skills required
Good communication skills including telephone manner
Good planning and organizing skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Proactive approach
Teamwork-oriented
Task-oriented

We offer
We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 48,300 – 63,600, plus applicable benefits.
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
