Roles & Responsibilities
This is not a traditional account management role, it is an opportunity to own and transform a high-value retail account at scale.
As a Client Partner, you will:
Lead portfolio growth with direct influence on revenue, margin, and strategy
Shape and close large transformation deals (AI, digital commerce, supply chain)
Engage directly with CXO stakeholders and influence enterprise-wide decisions
Drive next-gen retail transformation
Operate in a global delivery environment, leveraging TCS’s scale, capabilities, and ecosystem
This role is ideal for leaders who want to move beyond sales into true business ownership and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Own the end-to-end account P&L
Drive large, multi-year deals across digital, IT, AI, and business transformation
Identify and develop new business opportunities and account expansion strategies
Lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, consulting, and alliances
Oversee delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence
