About the role
As the Senior Experience Designer, you will lead the design of recommendations and attachment experiences, helping customers discover and add relevant products, services, and accessories throughout their shopping journey. You’ll shape end-to-end experiences across key touchpoints like product detail pages, cart, and checkout to drive conversion and average order value. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and UX teams to deliver scalable, seamless experiences that balance customer needs with business impact.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What you’ll do
Lead design strategy for recommendations and attachment experiences that align to business goals
Design scalable, end-to-end flows across PDP, cart, and checkout touchpoints
Deliver high-quality visual and interaction design that meets accessibility and brand standards
Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and influence priorities
Use data, research, and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
Basic qualifications
5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of high-impact work
2 years of experience designing in e-commerce or large, multi-channel environments
Expertise in visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and influence stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience with personalization, automation, or AI-driven commerce
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design practices
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex ecosystems
Experience mentoring or coaching other designers
