Location: 1305 W WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC

Alternate Locations: Irving, TX

Duration: 6 months

Work Engagement: W2

Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative contractor to support the development of an AI-powered sales enablement platform. This role will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Operations to build and maintain a robust library of AI prompts, workflows, and use cases.

The ideal candidate combines UX/UI expertise, AI tool proficiency, and strong project/stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple AI content and prompt engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather source materials, conduct interviews, and identify documentation gaps

Design, structure, and organize content to optimize AI grounding, usability, and overall user experience

Develop and maintain a scalable library of AI prompts, workflows, and use cases

Identify opportunities to AI adoption across the business through new use cases and innovative solutions

Leverage SharePoint for content management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Ensure high-quality outputs by evaluating AI-generated content and refining prompts for accuracy and performance

Qualifications:

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Hands-on experience in UX/UI or experience design

Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) with an understanding of prompt engineering and output evaluation

Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience working with SharePoint for collaboration and content management

Excellent communication, interviewing, and organizational skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives

Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation

Experience in Product Management (preferred)

Background in financial services or merchant services (preferred)

Experience in UX web design (preferred)

Familiarity with knowledge management, enablement, business analysis, or content strategy

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities

Advanced stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Intermediate to advanced AI competency and practical application in design workflows

Strong UX/UI design principles with a focus on usability and content structure

Expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions

Innovative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
