What are your contributions to the team?

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE projects.

Participate in data collection and analysis for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.

Support the updating of environmental aspects and occupational risk assessments.

Contribute to the management of hazardous waste processes.

Participate in safety and environmental awareness and communication campaigns.

Assist in the creation and improvement of procedures, work instructions, and management system formats.

Support the management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.

Project Management

Assist in the development and updating of project documentation.

Participate in follow-up meetings.

Track assigned tasks and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure completion.

Support in the preparation of progress reports and executive presentations.

Contribute to the identification of risks and improvement opportunities within projects.

Maintain project documentation organized and up to date.

Collaborate in internal communication activities related to projects.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

You hold an advanced English proficiency level (written and verbal communication).

You have knowledge of basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

You hold strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

You have the ability to work with data, develop reports, and present findings.

You hold strong communication and collaboration skills.

You have knowledge of PMI methodology (preferable).

You have previous experience through internships or academic projects (preferable).

You have participated in environmental management or HSE-related projects (preferable).

You have experience or involvement in internal audits (preferable).
