What are your contributions to the team?

You will direct the contact, purchase, evaluation and recommendation of required suppliers for tools and materials required to ensure operation continuity.

You will ensure the application of procurement procedures, techniques and practices for the purchase of supplies and services based on the current purchasing policy.

You will manage the purchase and follow up on delivery of new tooling or services.

You will manage the development of processes and procedures.

You will positively influence the work team, being a role model in adhering to the internal standards and values of the organization.

You will based on technical documentation and supplier analysis, you will have the technical knowledge to propose process improvements to ensure adherence to processes and budgets.

You will make and manage quotations with suppliers for the purchase of spare parts for machinery and equipment, as well as contract with them specialized service.

You will identify critical spare parts.

You will assist in ensuring adherence to the assigned budget for assigned cost centers.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You have a high level of demonstrable knowledge in purchasing management and inventory levels.

You have demonstrable knowledge in supplier management and development.

You have knowledge of budget management.

You have a high level of ability to seek cost reduction opportunities.

You have the ability to interact effectively with other teams and suppliers as needed to locate and resolve sourcing issues for components required on highly complex, sophisticated and automated equipment.

You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, industrial field or related.

You have intermediate to advanced English.

Knowledge of Svision and AutoCAD software is desirable.
