What are your contributions to the team?

Understand and execute the different Data Entry processes (attendance list and scores) for Bombardier employees in Learning platforms and STPS.

Identify, analyze and track exceptions (certifications, competencies, training).

Support Fast Tracks (FT) weekly follow ups with stakeholders.

Collaborate with suppliers in the programming and logistics of courses or trainings.

Prepare audiovisual tools, office supplies (projectors, markers, headphones and equipment and materials in general) for classes.

Follow-up with suppliers on preventive or corrective actions derived from cohort (FT) reviews or trainings performance evaluation.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You are currently pursuing studies on the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.

You hold an advanced level of Spanish English language, oral and written skills.

You have knowledge of the suite Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Microsoft Excell, Power Point, Word).

You are detail-oriented, deadline-driven and work well under pressure with a high degree of precision.

You can comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority.

You hold a basic level of French language (considered an asset).
