What are your contributions to the team?
Defines and adapts planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities to support the strategic plan, approving timelines and assigning resources to achieve objectives.
Responsible for the development and results of professional teams.
Develops the department plan aligned with the area’s strategy.
Establishes operational standards and ensures adherence to processes and timelines.
Oversees execution of work and performance indicators.
Leads talent management (recruitment, performance evaluation, alignment, and separation).
Guides and influences strategic initiatives with colleagues and clients.
Strengthens team expertise in the HR cycle to solve complex problems.
Develops and implements policies, standards, and procedures.
Makes decisions in ambiguous situations.
Ensures compliance with HR processes and labor agreements.
Identifies and executes human capital strategies in the medium and long term.
Advises leaders and employees on HR policies and processes.
Drives continuous improvement of HR processes.
Coordinates global mobility and labor relations processes.
Participates in and leads change management initiatives.
Supports the employee lifecycle and ensures adherence to the Code of Ethics.
Collaborates regularly with leadership, local teams, other sites, and union representatives.
How to thrive in this role?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development (preferred).
You have a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
You have previous experience in leadership or team management roles.
You have experience managing the full HR cycle (recruitment, development, compensation, labor relations, etc.).
You have experience in corporate or industrial environments (preferred).
You have advanced communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
