What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of global mobility cases for consulting staff, acting as the primary point of contact for transferees and offices and ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality delivery of geographic transfers.

As part of a global delivery team, you will manage a portfolio of consulting team geographic transfers, working within established policies and frameworks. You will focus on consistent execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence, while escalating complex or out-of-policy cases to the appropriate teams.

Act as the primary point of contact for transferees and offices, addressing questions and guiding them through the mobility process

Be responsible for end-to-end execution of consulting team geographic transfers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required steps

Coordinate with home and host offices to confirm transfer details, including dates and logistics

Set transfer terms within established policies and frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy

Prepare cost estimates and employee net pay illustrations using Assignment Pro

Conduct pre-move briefings and provide ongoing support throughout the mobility lifecycle

Liaise with vendors during execution to ensure services are delivered effectively

Ensure operational excellence across all cases, including accuracy, compliance with internal policies and external requirements, and adherence to timelines

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Assignment Pro, ensuring transparency and reliability of information

Document approvals and key decisions in systems, ensuring compliance and auditability

Escalate complex, out-of-policy, or non-standard cases to Business Partnering for resolution

May act as a Super User for Assignment Pro and support system improvements, testing, or operational projects as needed

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational issues and opportunities to enhance delivery

What You'll Bring

Experience in global mobility, HR operations, or a related field, with transferee-facing exposure

Strong ability to manage end-to-end processes and deliver high-quality outcomes within defined frameworks

Strong focus on customer experience, ensuring transferees and stakeholders are supported effectively throughout the mobility lifecycle

Experience working in a global, cross-cultural, and highly virtual environment, engaging with stakeholders across geographies

Ability to work effectively with individuals relocating across different countries and contexts

Strong attention to detail and accountability for accuracy across data, systems, and communications

Ability to apply policies and frameworks consistently while exercising sound judgement

Experience working with tools and systems, with Assignment Pro experience considered a plus

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively

Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders and resolve issues

Who You'll Work With

You’ll work closely with others in the Global Mobility team, including peers and team members based in India and globally, to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of mobility cases. You will collaborate with GM Business Partnering to align on policy and escalate complex cases, and with GM Operations & Digital Enablement to leverage tools, systems, and processes.

You will interact regularly with transferees, home and host offices, and vendors, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure smooth delivery across the mobility lifecycle.
