Job Description:

Join Schneider Electric as a Multi-Channel Field Sales Representative and become the trusted partner our Channel Partners rely on. You'll spend your days in the field, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and connecting partners with solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability for their customers.

What will you do?

Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of Channel Partners through consistent field engagement

Identify and develop sales opportunities by understanding partner and end-customer challenges

Present the full range of Schneider Electric solutions and coordinate with specialized teams for complex needs

Equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed with our offerings

What are the key skills for success?

Account Management - foundational level; maintaining partner relationships and tracking account activity

Channel Development - developing level; building partner capabilities and expanding market reach

Customer Orientation - developing level; understanding partner and end-customer needs to drive satisfaction

Product Knowledge - developing level; presenting Schneider Electric solutions that address efficiency and sustainability challenges

Planning and Forecasting - developing level; organizing territory activities and anticipating partner business needs

Revenue Management - developing level; tracking sales performance and identifying growth opportunities

Sales Funnel Management - foundational level; moving opportunities through the sales process effectively
