What You'll Do
Configure and customize Talent Builder for client projects, translating business requirements and client problems into practical solutions within the platform
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and consolidating feedback from clients and stakeholders to contribute to the Talent Builder product roadmap.
Handle client queries related to the platform, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure smooth client experience
Extract, clean, and analyze datasets from various sources to validate fitness for project requirements before ingestion into the platform
Query Snowflake and other databases using SQL to support data assessment and analysis needs
Retrieve data assets via API queries to support data integration and analysis workflows
Deliver ad-hoc requests from clients, BCG project teams, and proposal teams with high-quality outputs and insights
Support the creation of analysis models and dashboards; experience with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus
Prioritize product quality by identifying anomalies and inconsistencies in data and application behavior.
Contribute to documentation (e.g., of data, proposals, configurations) to enhance overall team output
You're Good at:
Working independently and with accountability in a fast-paced, international team environment
Querying and managing data from databases (Snowflake, SQL-based systems) and APIs to retrieve, assess, and structure data assets
Cleaning and structuring data in Excel or Python to ensure quality and usability before ingestion
Configuring and customizing Talent Builder to address client needs, translating business problems into practical solutions within the platform
Working with dashboards and visualization tools; familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus
Handling client queries with clarity and responsiveness, ensuring a high standard of client service
Gathering and synthesizing feedback from diverse stakeholders to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions
Maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail, with an outstanding client service orientation
Actively keep up with industry trends, tools, and methods, with an entrepreneurial mindset toward identifying product enhancement opportunities.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data science, Computer Science, or a related field
2–4 years of full-time professional experience in a relevant role, with experience managing end-to-end responsibilities, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality results.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of SQL for database querying and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of AI prompting, with experience using large language models (LLMs) to support analysis and workflow tasks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, structuring, and ensuring data quality.
Strong understanding of API querying, with the ability to retrieve and work with data using REST APIs or similar technologies.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, with the ability to write scripts for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Non-Technical Skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a structured, independent manner
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities across global stakeholders
Prior experience in application support, client delivery roles, and working with global teams
Experience promoting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients, articulating their benefits and advantages
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with BCG consulting teams, client project teams, the Product Solution Delivery team, the Client Success team, product engineering teams, and delivery and product leadership. In this collaborative role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support project execution, drive successful client outcomes, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.
