The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer with strong Banking domain knowledge to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in COBOL-based mainframe applications,

. Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications in a banking environment.

. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

. Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of COBOL programs.

. Work with DB2 databases for queries, data processing, and optimization.

. Develop and maintain batch processing using JCL and scheduling tools.

. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technology teams.

. Participate in code reviews, system integration testing, and release deployments.

. Ensure adherence to banking regulatory and security standards
