Key Responsibilities

Implement standard Agile/SAFE methodologies, resolve test issues, track, and prioritize defects, record test results, participate in product readiness and release decisions

Participate in technical governance and help facilitate overall product quality standards with development and business teams

Ensure automation is constantly running, analyzing, and promptly reporting on failures

Research, investigate, implement, and mentor junior team members in the areas of Agile testing practices, Test Driven Development, Test

Drive our end-to-end testing approach across multiple applications

Oversee our processes for status reporting and issue remediation

Liaise with product teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to integrate project plans, testing schedules, and metrics reporting

Drive Use Case and User Story reviews, and help resolve requirements ambiguities

Partner with geographically distributed teams to plan and build our future QA Engineering practices and support our technology decisions.

Ensure Risks raised during testing are documented, communicated and understood by stakeholders.

Manage UAT coordinators, Test Data and Environment and testing resources within business change in a pipeline mode.

Provide QA sign off and RCA recommendations for new implementations to the Business Sponsor and ensure it is established as part of the Go/No Go process.

Ensure all risks and issues are documented, managed and appropriate action taken.

Excellent knowledge of IT QA and E2E Test Management

Lead and inspire teams through complex and often changing circumstances

Deep understanding of exploratory testing practices

Working knowledge of industry-standard Quality Engineering tools for logging bugs and managing test cases (e.g., JIRA/MTM, Zephyr/HPQ)

AI-Assisted Workflows

Create clear prompts, task definitions, and acceptance criteria to effectively direct AI agents on your own work.

spec-driven development practices to translate requirements into structured, AI-ready specifications.

Contribute to AI agent development by helping define agent goals, tool use, and simple task flows under the guidance of senior engineers.

Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and maintainability.

judgment to accept, modify, or reject AI suggestions based on context and team standards.

Generate and improve unit, integration, and regression tests using AI-assisted tools.

Ensure test coverage meets team standards before code is merged.

Identify and address security, performance, and reliability concerns early in the development

What you have

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

9+ years of Software QA Engineering experience

5+ years of E2E Test Lead experience

5+ years of Test Automation hands on experience

4+ years experience in preparing and executing IT QA multi-year Roadmap and Test Strategy at Program level based on the prioritized value streams

5+ years strong Experience in collaborating with the Business Partners, Technology Partners at various levels to execute the program level test strategy as per the organization objectives.

5+ years of experience with Git, Bitbucket, Splunk, Postman tools

5+ years of experience with Agile development practices

3+ years of experience with Smart Processing

Practical experience with prompt engineering and authoring custom instructions to improve AI-assisted development outcomes.

Proficiency in Java or .NET.

Ability to critically review AI-generated code for bugs, security issues, and code quality

Develops solutions and coordinates with teams to enhance application support

Enhances processes to ensure legal and ethical data compliance

Innovates solutions that strengthen incident response and mitigate outcomes

Generates effective QA testing solutions that boost operational performance and product integrity

Enhances business outcomes by partnering with teams to organize and prioritize requirements

Develops security solutions that meet business requirements

Develops software solutions that align with design principles and business objectives

Optimizes software development testing and verification to enhance component reliability and address operational problems

Leads packaging and orchestration to efficiently deliver software deployments

Delivers scalable, business-aligned system design solutions through predictive or adaptive approaches

Minimum 3 years hands on test automation/CREED framework experience utilizing GitHub and Bamboo.

Minimum 3 years Pega application testing

Minimum 3 years' experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) testing techniques and test automation experience using Selenium WebDriver with Cucumber and CREED

Preferred Qualifications

Development and/or Testing experience is plus

Experience with Gherkin language, like Cucumber, JBehave, or SpecFlow

Understanding of CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies

Scoping and Resource Planning is preferred

Financial/Trading services industry experience is a plus
