About the Roles
We are seeking an Air Freight Operations Officer / Air Export & Import Documentation Officer to join a logistics team based at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM – 1 PM, with alternate Saturdays after confirmation). What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare draft AWBs and ensure all shipment documentation is in order prior to arrival
Coordinate permit applications and maintain communication with customers and overseas agents via email
Inspect cargo at the warehouse, confirming shipment details such as quantity, weight, and dimensions
Update shipment information in the system and generate AWB documentation
Submit required documents including FWB, FHL, and permits, and issue pre-alerts for export shipments
Support cargo release, delivery arrangements, and assist with inspections when required
Handle customs permit declarations and submit shipment data through CCN to Singapore Customs
Assist with billing processes related to air import and export shipments
Carry out additional operational or administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
