Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to provide support for the end-to-end hardware (HW) supply chain operations within the company. As part of the Supply Chain Management team, this role contributes to fulfilling the complete ordering process with external suppliers, ensuring efficient material flow, compliance with export control regulations, and timely delivery of products. The analyst works cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to enhance operational performance and supply reliability.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end ordering process, ensuring all artwork/design forms are complete and aligned with global templates.
Create Purchase Orders and process invoicing within required timelines.
Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange and track shipments to customers.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and support issue escalation when required.
Verify and approve product specifications and proofs for accuracy and compliance.
Support supplier capacity planning and manage internal transfers between suppliers.
Review customer orders against requested delivery dates and provide timely updates.
Collaborate with Subcontractor Manager to ensure KPI targets are achieved.
Monitor inventory levels at supplier sites based on forecast requirements.
Work with internal teams to ensure orders meet specification and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain function
Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes, including ordering, inventory, and logistics coordination.
Experience with SAP systems preferred
Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage data, track KPIs, and support reporting activities
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills across internal teams and external suppliers
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
