As part of our growth, we are hiring a People and culture Learning and Development Intern (m/f/d) to support L&D department with the following key tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

Assisting Scheduling the calls and monitoring of the participation and attendance to different trainings

Managing and monitoring of those topics related to P&C Hub Learning and platforms such as Coursera

Supporting with the registration and management of the training bonus through FUNDAE in Nordex

Reviewing and controlling the expiration dates for compulsory technical training

Supporting the coordination of different company events such as Christmas campaigns, social responsibility activities and Diverse and Inclusion initiatives

Giving support and contributing to the different initiatives the may be throughout the year

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Complementary Training: Master’s degree in human resources and Success Factors or SAP ERP knowledge will be a plus

Advanced professional English skills
