Scaled Customer Engineer, SMB, Artificial Intelligence

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI-related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

1 year of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.

Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

Professional Data Engineer Certification or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer (in addition to GCP Professional Cloud Architect/Associate Customer Engineer).

Experience prospecting, and building and maintaining customer relationships from scratch, inspiring customers with the art of the possible, using AI.

Experience with AI, machine learning frameworks, or data science platforms.

Deep passion for continuous learning in the AI space, with a demonstrated ability to translate AI concepts into practical, revenue-generating business solutions.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €64000 - €66000 (EUR) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight Google Cloud value proposition using techniques to include slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and documents.

Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions to include such activities as providing high-impact GCP/AI product demonstrations, and briefing customer executives on AI-driven business transformations.

Dedicate time to mastering Google’s latest AI technologies, maintaining a razor-sharp edge to act as the ultimate AI lead for the customers.

Act as the strategic technical advisor for SMB customers, architecting holistic GCP solutions with AI and Machine Learning at their core.
