Customer Engineer, SMB, Artificial Intelligence

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI-related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.

Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Data Engineer certification (in addition to GCP Professional Cloud Architect/Associate Customer Engineer).

Experience prospecting, and building and maintaining customer relationships from scratch, inspiring customers with the "art of the possible" using AI.

Experience with AI, machine learning frameworks, or data science platforms.

Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Deep passion for continuous learning in the AI space, with a demonstrated ability to translate AI concepts into practical, revenue-generating business solutions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver product messaging that highlights the Google Cloud value proposition using techniques such as slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and documents.

Own the technical aspects of solutions, including providing high-impact Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/AI product demonstrations, and briefing customer executives on AI-driven business transformations.

Dedicate continuous time to mastering Google’s latest AI technologies, maintaining a razor-sharp edge to act as the ultimate AI authority for customers.

Act as the strategic technical advisor for SMB customers, architecting holistic GCP solutions with AI and Machine Learning at their core.
