Job Description

You join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking), taking responsibility for a team of 10 people in charge of monitoring financing operations originated by the front office real assets, global trade for the benefit of large French and international companies, for which Natixis is an agent.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

Monitor the smooth running of operations and management events (drawing, renewal, reimbursement, etc.);

Ensure the supervision of the loan administration function;

Manage the team’s performance on a daily basis (productivity, quality);

Propose and implement action plans aimed at continuously improving the quality of service and operational efficiency of the team with the principles of Lean Management;

Being a driving force for proposals and contributing to cross-functional projects beyond the team’s scope of intervention (digitalization, automation...).

You participate in the deployment of the Lean Management methodology, strengthening the link with our internal partners (Middle Office, Loan Booking team).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us!

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of financing operations with ideally an operational leadership role.

You master:

The mechanisms of financing operations;

The fundamentals of team management, performance management and Lean Management;

Classic office tools;

Ideally Loan IQ.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

Rigorous;

Proactive;

Engaged.

You master English with a minimum B2 level.
