The Advanced Data Converter Platform Group (ADG) develops next-generation high speed converter, transceiver, and digital signal processing platforms in deep-submicron processes for the most demanding mixed-signal applications. These SoC (System-On-Chip) developments span a range of high-performance, RF mixed-signal applications and serve the IF/RF-to-bits function in a diversity of signal chains across markets spanning Aerospace/Defense, Instrumentation, Communications, and emerging markets.
The ADG Team is seeking a highly motivated, experienced product marketing manager to lead the product team through opportunity validation, justification, product definition, go to market and business development activities. Additionally, a successful candidate will investigate new market opportunities and support ADG leadership team in forecasting and expanding ADG business. Strong candidates will need to have the following capabilities:
Proven track record of market leadership
Technical experience in RF, DSP, or mixed-signal design
User level understanding on firmware, API and device drivers
Experience in customer engagement and sales management
Ability to work across a large organization and diverse product development team
Maintain a high-level individual contribution within the team
Negotiation skills to support multiple market segment and management stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of mixed-signal signal chains and radio systems is desired. A working understanding of signal-conversion technologies (ADC/DAC) and DSP will be helpful. Experience and knowledge in software-defined radio systems or cellular connectivity technology will be a plus. With a significant market focus in Aerospace and Defense applications, ability to engage U.S. and global defense customers is required.

Up to 20% Travel Required

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $157,080 to $227,460.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time , and other benefits.
Compensation
This Marketing role pays $157k-$227k/yr. Within typical range for marketing roles in United States.
