Key responsibilities (text) • Maximise sales through understanding customers and the local market, as well as keeping an eye on competition, sales steer prioritised products and IKEA service products, in order to maximise sales and long-term profitability.
Create a high-level of range knowledge and share this with customers and co-workers.
Secure consistent, seamless positive customer experience according with customer expectations in multichannel retail environment.
Lead co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 49120 CAD to 67540 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
